2021 Mission of the Year: Mohawk-Ahmeek UMC

As you know, the United Methodist Church is a “connectional” church – and the Mission of the Year is an opportunity to be the heart and hands of Christ to the brothers and sisters of our district. Over the years the Mission of the Year offering has been an invaluable help to many district churches and entities. Its importance is immeasurable. Mohawk-Ahmeek UMC has been selected as the 2021 Mission of the Year. Funds are being raised for repair and repainting of frames around stained glass windows, replacement of rotting siding, tuck point old sandstone lower level window frames, and painting the exterior of the church. The project cost is estimated at $16,500. A bulletin insert is available here.
